Why do you want to return the item?

CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE

Items purchased from Slammit Activewear can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively, you can exchange or receive store credit on your product to be used within 30 days.

Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging

Please choose carefully – once your order is placed, we are unable to modify/cancel the order.

SALE ITEMS

Under our Change of Mind policy, all items purchased on sale can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit. This includes wrong size selection. (unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law). We strongly advise to ensure your order is carefully selected before checkout.

EXCHANGE

All Items can be returned for an exchange within 14 days within Australia. All other international returns within 30 days.

If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically issued a store credit for the item. This will be in the form of a one-time coupon code.

FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact us immediately via our Returns Form and include a photo of the fault or incorrect item.

Our customer care team will contact you, and we will either replace, refund, exchange or give you store credit depending on the circumstances

Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for Australia and New Zealand customers. All other international returns within 30 days.

Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before filling out the Returns form and awaiting further instructions from us.

TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please understand that Slammit Activewear is not responsible for postage for the WRONG decision or INCORRECT size ordered by the customer. (Please include a postage paid return label, so we are able to return this ASAP to you.)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)

1. Contact us use the Returns Form here to start with.

2. Wait for our confirmation email, which will have further instructions.

2. Please carefully repack your parcel, and include a printout of the Returns form you received via email. If you don’t have a printer, simply include a handwritten note with the Order ID, otherwise we may not be able to identify your return. 

3. Ship the item back to us – Currently, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.

4. Please keep your tracking number/receipt. We ask that you do this, as Slammit is not responsible if the package goes missing on return to us. You will be notified by email once your returns have been processed.
